The United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia has settled with a Smyrna, Georgia, child care to resolve allegations that it violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by denying a child an opportunity to participate in its daycare program based on his autism.

On Veterans Day, while the nation remains at war, freedom will prevail because of the men and women who serve.

Smyrna, Georgia, will commemorate Veterans Day during a ceremony at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 11, at the Veterans Memorial.
