An Aeromexico plane that crashed today in Durango, Mexico, may have tried to abort its takeoff, according to media reports. The plane, an Embraer 190, had 100 passengers on board at the time. The airline said it does not yet have information on fatalities or injuries. An Aeromexico flight apparently crashed shortly after taking off from Guadalupe Victoria Airport in Durango, Mexico. It is not immediately clear wheather there are injuries or fatalities. A photo purported to show the scene on the ground showed a plume of black smoke. At least one report indicated some passengers walked off the plane, but it could not immediately be verified.
