SMYRNA, Georgia — The Smyrna Public Safety Foundation is hosting its Jazz Under the Gazebo fundraiser from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2, at the Market Village Gazebo in downtown Smyrna.
Tickets are $75 per person. Proceeds benefit the Smyrna police and fire departments via the Smyrna Public Safety Foundation.
Sightseers’ Delight started publishing in June 2016. The site, published by The DeFeo Groupe, collects and curates content about places where historical events large and small happened. The site builds off the legacy of The Travel Trolley, which launched in June 2009. The site aimed to be a virtual version of the trolley tours offered in so many cities.
Mayor Kasim Reed has announced the members of the committee that will oversee the national search for the next general manager of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Search firm Korn Ferry will work with the search committee to find, vet, interview and recommend candidates to replace Louis Miller, who announced his retirement in December.
