Denison advances to 4-1 for first time since 1986 with win over DePauw

Brandon Sklenar threw for 230 yards and three touchdowns as Denison University knocked off DePauw University, 42-21 at Deeds-Piper Stadium. Sklenar also rushed for a pair of touchdowns in the win. DePauw (0-4) jumped out to a 14-7 first quarter lead, but the Denison Big Red (4-1) turned the tables with a 21-point  third quarter. Denison Big Red defeat Quakers of Earlham in season opener

The Denison University Big Red struck early and often in their season opener, defeating the visiting Quakers of Earlham College in dominating fashion. The Big Red jumped to a 21-0 first quarter lead and never looked back en route to a 51-28 win at Deeds-Piper Stadium in Granville, Ohio. Earlham’s troubles began early.
