InterCaribbean Airways is working to finalize a deal to buy InselAir, according to multiple reports.

Under the deal, the Turks and Caicos-based carrier will buy shares of InselAir for $1 and guarantee the airline’s $11.5 million debt, The Daily Herald reported. InterCaribbean plans to create a hub on the island of Curaçao once the deal is finalized.
