ATLANTA — State Revenue Commissioner Lynnette T. Riley will address the Buckhead Business Association (BBA) during the organization’s breakfast meeting on Oct. 6.
Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal in November 2014 appointed Riley, a professional accountant, to the post effective Jan. 11, 2015. Prior to the appointment, Riley served in the Georgia General Assembly for four years representing House District 50 (Johns Creek) and was a floor leader for Deal.
She previously served as a Fulton County commissioner for District 3 from July 2004 to December 2010.

The BBA holds breakfast meetings at 7:30 a.m. most Thursday mornings at the City Club of Buckhead. Meetings feature a business, political or civic leader as a speaker, and topics usually include leading issues within the Buckhead community and Atlanta as a whole. Tickets for members are $10 in advance and $12 at the door; non-member tickets are $20.
