Las Vegas welcomed 42.9 million visitors in 2016, surpassing 2015’s record-setting 42.3 million, new numbers from the as Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority reveal.

The Las Vegas City Council recently approved $425,000 grant from the Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial to expand the Neon Museum.

Las Vegas continued its historic visitation growth, setting another new record by surpassing 42 million visitors for the first time. This breaks last year’s record of 41.1 million, which was the first time the destination had ever topped 40 million.
