As residents of Florida and Georgia continue to wait for Hurricane Helene’s arrival, officials in those states continue to prepare.

Criminal justice, including the never-ending YSL trial, is concerning a significant portion of Fulton County residents as they brace themselves for the final bill of the taxpayer-funded longest trial in Georgia history under the direction of District Attorney Fani Willis.

Georgians were bracing Thursday for Hurricane Helene, a massive storm with a wind field spreading out 400 to 500 miles expected to reach South Georgia Thursday night and cut a swath through the rest of the state Friday morning.
