A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by a condemned Georgia woman who says an extended delay of her execution was cruel and unusual punishment.

Railfanning.org is relaunching The Cross-Tie as an e-newsletter, the website announced. The website published the popular Cross-Tie as an e-zine from 2003 until 2007. After it was discontinued, much of the magazine’s content was published on the new Railfanning.org that launched in 2012. During its initial run, The Cross-Tie featured a mix of news articles and content about the history of railroads. The e-zine regularly profiled railroad museums and cities from a railfanning perspective. The
