The City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management has lifted the boil water advisory for the entire city of Atlanta. The advisory was issued on Friday, May 31, 2024.

Crews have completed repairs on the water main break at the intersection of West Peachtree Street and 11th Street. Water has been restored to the Midtown area’s residents and businesses. The system is slowly being brought back online to allow system pressures to rebuild.

The Atlanta City Council has unanimously approved a more than $2.7 billion fiscal 2025 budget, which officials termed “historic.”
