The bowl once know as the Peach Bowl before it was the Chick-fil-A Bowl once again has Peach in its name. The change, announced earlier this month, was necessary since the the use of a traditional moniker is required for the six top-tier bowls hosting the new football playoffs.

Berry College returns home this week following a challenging three-game road trip that saw the Division III team face off against a Division I FCS squad from Mercer University. Playing in their inaugural season, it marked the first-ever road trip in program history. While the Vikings (1-4) lost all three games, the team is excited about returning home to take on Centre College (3-1).
There were no changes in the top 10 of the American Football Coaches Association Division III poll this week with the University of Mount Union (4-0) retaining the top spot.
