Benjamin Harrison House spotlights nation’s 23rd president
To many in 21st century, the presidency of Benjamin Harrison, one of the last of the 19th century, seems like ancient history. Elected to the nation’s top political office in 1888, Harrison remains the only president from the state of Indiana (he was born in 1833 in North Bend, Ohio, but moved to Indianapolis in 1854).

Georgia State spring quarterback competition to determine starter
Four quarterbacks are vying for the starting job at Georgia State this fall. In the running are juniors Ronnie Bell and Ben McLane, sophomore Clay Chastain and junior college transfer Nick Arbuckle. Last season, Bell completed 188 of 375 passes, throwing 11 interceptions and 15 touchdowns while McLane completed 28 of 51 passes with one interception and two touchdowns.
