Due to the potential impacts of Hurricane Helene, the South Carolina Department of Transportation said it will reschedule the drop-in public meeting planned for Thursday, Sept. 26, at Boiling Springs Community Park.
The hearing centers on repairs to a load-restricted bridge on S-43 (Parris Bridge Road) over the Pacolet River in Spartanburg County.
SCDOT said it will provide the public a new date and meeting information soon. The comment period for this project is currently open through Oct. 10.
