According to an alert on its website, Dry Tortugas National Park remains open, but visitor and emergency services are limited.
The park said boaters may take safe harbor in the 1 nm anchor zone around Garden Key.
The park recommends visitors monitor weather and marine conditions and check web alerts. They should also check with the ferry and seaplane for cancellations.
