STONE MOUNTAIN, Georgia — Stone Mountain Hospitality, a subsidiary of Aramark Destinations, will take over management of Stone Mountain Park and the Atlanta Evergreen Lakeside Resort Hotel and Conference Center on June 1.

The company announced its new partnership with the Stone Mountain Memorial Association, saying the park and hotel will remain open throughout the transition as the summer season begins.

Under the new agreement, Stone Mountain Hospitality will manage key operations including the hotel and conference center, campground, golf, retail, dining and recreational activities. The company said it plans to enhance services and guest experiences at the park.

Aramark Destinations President and CEO Sasha Day said the company is excited to partner with the Stone Mountain Memorial Association and to help elevate the visitor experience with new attractions and improved services. The Stone Mountain Memorial Association framed the partnership as part of its effort to preserve and expand the park’s role as a major community asset and tourist destination.
