The Southeastern Railway Museum will host a Steak Cook-Off Association (SCA) sanctioned cook-off on March 28. The event is open to the public, who will be able to interact with participating teams. The museum will be open for its regular museum hours (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.) during the cook-off. Teams participating in the event will start setting up at 8 a.m. The first portion of the day’s judging is at noon when teams turn in their Bloody Marys,
