Music, Steak Cookoff headline Duluth museum’s Caboose Days
The Southeastern Railway Museum will kick off its annual music series with a pair of performances during March’s Caboose Days & Steak Cookoff. This year’s Caboose Days runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, and Sunday, March 24. This year’s Caboose days features a Steak Cookoff Association (SCA) sanctioned event. Georgia lawmaker looks to up penalties for bad drivers
ATLANTA – State Representative El-Mahdi Holly, D-Stockbridge, recently introduced House Bill 351, legislation that would set penalties for driving violations observed by law enforcement. “The safety of our children remains a top priority,” Holly said in a news release. “By mandating stiffer penalties against behavior that places our children in danger, we can encourage drivers to act more responsibly behind the wheel.” House Bill 351 would set new fine requirements for violations of this code
