The United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia has settled with a Smyrna, Georgia, child care to resolve allegations that it violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by denying a child an opportunity to participate in its daycare program based on his autism.

Smyrna, Georgia, will commemorate Veterans Day during a ceremony at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 11, at the Veterans Memorial.
