Georgia’s deer hunting firearms season opens Saturday, Oct. 19, and runs into January 2025, the Georgia Department of Natural Resources’ Wildlife Resources Division said.

Atlanta hosting the NFL’s Super Bowl in 2028 will allow Georgia to showcase all it “has to offer and why this is the best place to live, work, and raise a family,” Georgia Lt. Governor Burt Jones said.

When Georgia voters head to the polls for the November election, they’ll also be weighing in on two constitutional amendments and a referendum.
