Closing arguments in the trial of a man charged with the November 2010 shooting death of a father outside a Dunwoody daycare are set to start Tuesday, according to news reports. Hemy Neuman is charged with murder in the Nov. 18, 2010, shooting death of 36-year-old Russell “Rusty” Sneiderman.
