The National Mediation Board has has rejected claims of interference filed by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) following the November 2010 Delta Air Lines fleet service representation election, the airline announced.

Delta Air Lines is adding its so-called “Economy Comfort” section, which it previously added to long-haul international flights, to its entire mainline fleet and more than 250 two-class regional jets.

A federal judge last week sentenced a 61-year-old Alpharetta man to six months in prison after he pleaded guilty to inappropriately touching a woman on a Delta Air Lines flight last year, federal authorities said.
