Romano Bernaz opened his first restaurant in 1953 after honing his skills in various fine Italian establishments and opened Rossini’s on February 8, 1978. Over the past 46 years, it has become a beloved Manhattan dining spot and a staple of New York City’s culinary scene. Bernaz’s commitment to using the finest ingredients helped make Rossini’s a favorite among discerning diners. Today, Rossini’s is owned and operated by Bernaz, his sons Raymond and Gerry, and his nephew Josip Cernjul.

The Musket Room is a Michelin-starred restaurant in New York City. It was initially known for its New Zealand-inspired cuisine. Since its opening in June 2013, the restaurant has expanded its menu to include a broader range of dishes. The restaurant was founded by husband and wife Matt and Barbara Lambert and “developing partner” Jennifer Vitagliano. The Lamberts left the restaurant in 2019.
