Smyrna council approves FY12 budget

SMYRNA, Ga. — The Smyrna City Council recently passed a $70.9 million annual budget for Fiscal Year 2012, an increase of nearly 6 percent over the previous year’s budget. Deal appoints liaisons for Atlanta public schools
