The Musket Room

Overview

The Musket Room is a Michelin-starred restaurant in New York City. It was initially known for its New Zealand-inspired cuisine. Since its opening in June 2013, the restaurant has expanded its menu to include a broader range of dishes. The restaurant was founded by husband-and-wife Matt and Barbara Lambert and “developing partner” Jennifer Vitagliano. The Lamberts left the restaurant in 2019.
