Railfanning.org is relaunching The Cross-Tie as an e-newsletter, the website announced. The website published the popular Cross-Tie as an e-zine from 2003 until 2007. After it was discontinued, much of the magazine’s content was published on the new Railfanning.org that launched in 2012.
