An Atlanta-based company announced it has launched private charter jet service from New York City to Nice, France.
Peachtree Aviation Services said travelers can choose to depart from any New York City-area airport.
Most charters depart from Teterboro Airport in Teterboro, N.J., and Westchester County Airport in White Plains, N.Y., the company said. Larger jets, such as the Boeing Business Jet, typically leave from Newark Liberty International Airport in Newark, N.J., according to a news release.
Flights arrive at Aeroport Nice Cote d’Azur. Located less than four miles southwest of Nice, the airport serves as the main arrival point for travelers heading to Monaco and the French Riviera.
As an added incentive, the Atlanta-based company is including a $1,000 catering credit that can be used on inflight meal and cocktail service. The credit is good on new charters booked through October.
Peachtree Aviation Services said it “tailors its offerings to meet fliers’ needs and offers some of the industry’s most competitive prices.” Among the aircraft available to book are the Falcon 900, Gulfstream IV, Falcon 7X and jets from the Bombardier Global Express line.
The aircraft all allow six or more passengers to sleep comfortably on overnight flights, the company contends.
In addition to arranging the charter service, the company can schedule car or helicopter service between New York City and the departure airport. The company also said it could schedule a Gulfstream G550 for the flight to Nice and a Bombardier Global 6000 for the return trip for anyone interested in purchasing a private jet.
