Fewer states are executing fewer people combined in 2015, continuing a national trend away from capital punishment, the Death Penalty Information Center (DPIC) said in a new report.
Fatalities on Georgia roadways are on the rise. As of Dec. 14, 2015, the number of deaths on roads throughout The Peach State are up 16 percent over a year ago, according to the Georgia Governor’s Office of Highway Safety.
