ATLANTA – Georgia officials are planning to appeal a judge’s decision to strike down a portion of the state’s new law aimed at curbing illegal immigration. Georgia authorities this weekend will be taking part in Operation Dry Water, an enforcement initiative aimed at cracking down on people who boat while intoxicated.
