Overview

LAGO by Julian Serrano is an Italian restaurant at Bellagio in Las Vegas, overlooking the resort’s fountains. The restaurant opened in April 2015 in the former Circo space and was created by chef Julian Serrano.

The menu presents Serrano’s interpretation of Italian cuisine through small plates intended for sharing. The dining room features floor-to-ceiling windows and an outdoor patio, both providing views of the Fountains of Bellagio.
