A proposed bill in Ohio aims to modernize parking meter payment methods.
House Bill 442 mandates that the Department of Public Safety director establish standards that enable multiple payment options, including cash, coins, credit cards, and QR codes. While the director may approve additional methods, the legislation mandates that drivers have the option to pay via cash, coin, or credit card.

Statistics released during a recent meeting of the Columbus Regional Airport Authority Board of Directors show that in April Port Columbus had a 0.8 percent increase in passengers compared to the previous year.
