NJ state senator: Declare state of emergency over mysterious drones

A New Jersey senator wants Gov. Phil Murphy to declare a state of emergency over the mysterious drones reported flying over the Garden State.

“Unfortunately the State of New Jersey has very little information regarding the drones being seen,” Republican state Sen. Jon Bramnick said in a statement. “The Department of Defense must investigate and until that occurs we must shut down the airspace to drones. That would require a limited state of emergency and FAA cooperation.”
