Smyrna officials to vote on fiscal 2025 budget on June 3

SMYRNA, Georgia — Officials here are expected to vote on a proposed $105.6 million fiscal 2025 budget on June 3.

The proposed General Fund budget is more than $65.8 million, while Special Revenue Funds exceed $9 million. Capital Project Funds are $1 million, the Internal Service Fund tops $1 million, and the Enterprise Funds are more than $28.7 million.

As of Monday, the revised fiscal 2024 budget was more than $128.9 million, and the General Fund budget was more than $66.9 million. Special Revenue Funds were more than $10.1 million, the Capital Project Funds were more than $23.6 million, the Internal Service Fund was more than $1.7 million, and the Enterprise Funds surpassed $26.4 million.
