Southern Spirits returns to the Southern Museum on Feb. 9

KENNESAW, Georgia — The Kennesaw Museum Foundation will hold the first Southern Spirits of 2024 on Feb. 9 at the Southern Museum of Civil War and Locomotive History in downtown Kennesaw.

The event, running from 6p.m. to 9 p.m., will have a Mardi Gras theme and feature Cajun food catered by Copeland’s Atlanta. The band 2nd Line Atlanta will provide New Orleans-style music and a special museum exhibit that will include selected artifacts that visitors may handle.

Tickets are $30 for museum members and $40 for non-members, and attendees must be at least 21 years old. Tickets include entry to the museum, hors d’oeuvres and adult beverages. Non-alcoholic drinks are available for no cost.

Atlanta Bonded Warehouse, Savannah Distributing, Carl Black Chevrolet Buick GMC Inc. and Jim Lunsford CPA are sponsoring the event.
