CLARKSVILLE, Tennessee — Throughout the month of December, the City of Clarksville will waive downtown parking fees Friday to Monday to promote shopping locally during the holiday season.
This promotion was inspired by “Local Business Fridays,” which began in 2021 and was expanded to include Mondays last year.
Enforced parking hours for December are as follows:
- 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. on weekdays (excluding Monday & Friday): free parking after 5 p.m.
Vehicles parked in restricted spaces or an unauthorized manner will still be subject to ticketing during the Local Business Fridays promotion.
