With TripMaker,travelers can build and manage full itineraries; find interesting places along the way; estimate fuel costs for planning purposes; and print, email, and export trips to any Rand McNally GPS device.

TripMaker provides an intuitive interface that guides users in creating, optimizing, saving and exporting a trip.

Rand McNally has incorporated its extensive travel content into a robust feature that assists with exploring options and customizing trips. Users may search Rand McNally’s hand-picked “Things to Do” in several categories: Amusement, Arts & Music, Festivals, History & Heritage, Picture Perfect, Quirky & Oddball, Science & Tech, Small Town Gems, Sports Fan, and The Great Outdoors.

Explore and add a few unexpected stops to the journey by using the “Search On My Way” tool, and searching up to 60 miles in all directions along the route. The printed customized itinerary includes step-by-step driving instructions and approximate drive time and fuel costs to the next stop.
