Plane with no front landing gear shuts Lexington airport

LEXINGTON, Ky. — A small prop plane with no front landing gear landed at Bluegrass Airport.

The Thursday afternoon mishap led authorities to shut down the airport to both inbound and outbound flights. Delays are an hour as of now.

It was not immediately clear whether there were any injuries. Three fire trucks and three Luther emergency vehicles could be seen attending to the plane.
