Jones: Georgia’s Underground or Shadow Economy
The United States has a massive underground economy – reportedly over $1 trillion. This economy, referred to as our cash economy, includes cash transactions by drug dealers, prostitution rings and workers paid in cash for their labor. Georgia is not immune to this issue. Our state loses millions of dollars of legitimate tax revenue as do other states and the federal government as a result of this problem.

Sightseers’ Delight Launches Atlanta Travel Guide
Sightseers’ Delight recently launched an Atlanta travel guide. The new guide features top attractions in Atlanta, including the College Football Hall of Fame and the venerable Atlanta History Center. In addition to the major sites for tourists, the travel guide also includes lesser known destinations in the Atlanta area. Sightseers’ Delight, which launched in June, is dedicated to highlighting a range of attractions — from the popular destinations that attract millions of tourists to less-heralded quirky attractions found along
