2015 Georgia General Assembly

The Georgia State Senate passed a measure that redefines the St. Patrick’s Day holiday to include the Sunday prior March 17.

The Georgia House has approved legislation aimed at addressing the state’s critical transportation infrastructure needs.

There is only one bill that the Georgia General Assembly has to pass each year – the budget. It is our predominant duty, more important than any law we pass under the Gold Dome and a duty more important that any partisan agenda.
