Overview
Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria is an Italian restaurant in the Italy pavilion at EPCOT’s World Showcase at Walt Disney World. Operated by Patina Restaurant Group, the restaurant specializes in Southern Italian cuisine, including pasta, chicken parmigiana, lasagna and Neapolitan-style pizza.
Via Napoli’s thin-crust pizzas are prepared with ingredients including fresh mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes and Caputo flour imported from Southern Italy. The pizzas are cooked in wood-burning ovens named Etna, Vesuvius and Stromboli after Italy’s three active volcanoes. Restaurateur Nick Valenti studied pizza-making techniques at pizzerias in Naples while developing the restaurant’s menu.
