The Hangry Bison

Overview

The Hangry Bison is a Central Florida restaurant concept Joe Liguori founded in 2018. It began as a create-your-own burger restaurant offering several protein choices and became particularly known for its bison burgers.

The restaurant also serves craft cocktails and beer and maintains an extensive selection of whiskey and bourbon. The Hangry Bison has received multiple local dining honors, including the *Orlando Sentinel* Foodie Award and Scott Joseph’s Foodster Award for best burger.
