Georgia lawmakers will likely address civil litigation when they return to Atlanta in January.

The Georgia office of the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) will present its coveted Guardian of Small Business Award to state Sen. John Albers, R-Roswell, today in Roswell. Albers represents the state’s 56th District, which includes parts of Cobb, Cherokee, and Fulton counties.
