The Guinness Storehouse in Dublin offers visitors an immersive look at the history, heart, and craft behind one of Ireland’s most famous beers. Located inside the original brewery at St. James’s Gate, the Guinness Storehouse includes seven floors of exhibits in a building that once served as the brewery’s fermentation plant. Along the way, visitors learn about the ingredients, heritage, and culture that shaped Guinness into a global icon. The experience concludes at the Gravity Bar, where panoramic 360-degree views of Dublin provide one of the city’s highest and most scenic vantage points.
The Lexington Brewing and Distilling Company was established in 1999 by Pearse Lyons, the founder and president of Alltech. Alltech initially introduced Kentucky Ale to enter the beverage industry. In 2012, the distillery began producing a range of spirits, including Pearse Lyons Reserve, a malt whiskey, Bluegrass Sundown, a coffee drink infused with bourbon, and Town Branch Bourbon.

The original Speight’s brewery is located in the heart of Dunedin. The brewery, best-known for its Gold Medal Ale, one of the best-selling beers in New Zealand, is owned by the Japanese-controlled holding company Lion. The brewery also led to a chain of Speight’s Ale House gastropubs across the country.
