Overview
La Giostra is a family-run restaurant in Florence, Italy, founded by Alberto and his three children more than 25 years ago. The restaurant was created to share the family’s culinary traditions and longstanding recipes with diners in Florence.
The concept grew from meals Alberto prepared for friends at the family castle in the Chianti countryside. Those gatherings inspired the family to open a restaurant centered on traditional cooking and the hospitality of their family table.
