Major travel impacts and disruptions will continue through Monday night as a dangerous winter storm moves through the mid-Atlantic with snow, ice, and freezing rain.

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy on Sunday declared that New Jersey will enter a State of Emergency effective at 10:00 p.m. due to significant and severe storms causing hazardous winter weather conditions, including heavy snow, sleet, freezing rain, high wind gusts, and freezing temperatures.

Motorists now pay an average of $2.90 per gallon for regular unleaded gasoline.
