Meadows, Floyd surrender in 2020 election case in Georgia

Today, defendants Mark Meadows and Harrison Floyd surrendered to authorities at the Fulton County Jail.

The bond orders and stipulations are the result of negotiations between the District Attorney’s office and the defendants’ attorneys. While Mr. Meadows had previously negotiated his bond agreement and has been released, Mr. Floyd did not and, therefore, is in custody at the Fulton County Jail.

It is expected that the remaining 8 defendants named in the indictment will surrender by Friday, August 25, 2023. The Fulton County Jail is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Defendants may surrender to authorities at any time.

Former President Donald Trump is expected to surrender this evening.
