Items on loan from the NPM include Owney tags, Railway Mail Service (RMS) badges, a railway mail sack, a railway mail-on-the-fly pouch and four Civil War envelopes (also known as “covers”).

ATLANTA – Georgia officials are planning to appeal a judge’s decision to strike down a portion of the state’s new law aimed at curbing illegal immigration.
