A popular restaurant in the Otrabanda section of Willemstad in Curaçao has apparently closed, according to a report.
French restaurant Bistro Le Clochard was one of the most upscale restaurants on the island. The restaurant, which opened in 1978, was located in the historic Rif Fort.
