ATLANTA — Georgia State Athletics has teamed up with Wild Leap to introduce the Golden Panther Blonde Ale, the first-ever Georgia State-branded craft beer.
Wild Leap, renowned for its premium craft beverages, operates in Atlanta and LaGrange. Founded in 2017 by Anthony Rodriguez and Rob Goldstein, the brewery quickly gained acclaim, being named Best New Brewery of 2019 by USA Today’s 10 Best Readers’ Choice Awards.
With a new downtown Atlanta location steps away from Georgia State’s campus, Wild Leap is contributing to the area’s ongoing revitalization efforts, officials said. This collaboration should foster a dynamic synergy between the university community and the brewing company.
Golden Panther Blonde Ale is being produced in partnership with Affinity Licensing, Georgia State’s official licensing agency.
Golden Panther Blonde Ale will be available beginning Aug. 19. Panther fans can purchase the beer at local retailers, online at www.WildLeap.com and at Georgia State home football games at Center Parc Credit Union Stadium.
