Not pictured is the butter with mashed potatoes or the other seven courses. No, I’m not kidding. It was an eight-course meal. Truffle popcorn, beet salad, oysters, mussels, halibut, carbonara, steak/burger and dessert.
We made it to seven. I feel like that’s a good showing.
The chef’s table at Local Three may be the pinnacle of culinary indulgence. It’s worth every bite. The only thing better than the food may be the service.
