American Airlines announces increased flights to Italy

American Airlines will increase flights to Rome, Naples and Venice starting in May, the airline announced.

American recently announced additional nonstop service to Europe, including resuming service to Edinburgh, Scotland, next year. The airline will also launch more flights to Athens, Greece, and Milan next year.

In 2025, American will become the only airline flying nonstop from Chicago O’Hare International Airport to Naples International Airport. The airline will offer more seats to Naples than any other U.S. airline.

American will offer its first-ever nonstop flight from Dallas-Fort Worth to Map of Venice Marco Polo Airport starting June 5. Complementing existing service from Philadelphia, the airline will offer one-stop connections to Venice from more than 230 destinations in North America.
